What we install
Rooflines, and everything around them.

Rooflines & peaks
Custom-cut C9 or C7 LED along eaves, rakes, gables, and peaks. Consistent spacing, one color temperature, clean corners.

Trees, columns & wreaths
Trunk and canopy wrapping, column wraps, garland and wreaths with power, and pathway or landscape accent lighting.

Commercial displays
Storefronts, office parks, HOA entrances, and shopping centers. Installed on your schedule, maintained through the season, removed in January.
How it works
One decision in October, nothing to think about after.
Design consult
We walk the property, measure the runs, and show you options for coverage — roofline only, roofline plus columns, or a full display with trees and landscape.
Install
Installation runs from early November. Everything is cut to length, clipped, powered, and put on a timer. We test the whole display before we leave.
Season-long service
If anything fails, call and we fix it — included. Storms, freezes, and the one strand that decides to quit are our problem, not yours.
Takedown & storage
We remove everything in January, label it by run, and store it for next year. Nothing sits in your attic in a tangle.
The standard
The measure of a good install is that you can't tell where one run ends and the next begins.
Every strand is measured and cut to the exact run it's covering — no gaps, no doubled-back slack, one color temperature across the whole house.
The difference
The reason professional lighting looks different from a box-store kit.
It isn't the bulbs. It's that every strand is measured and cut to the exact run it's covering.
Retail light sets come in fixed lengths, which means every roofline ends with a gap or a doubled-back stretch of slack. We build each run to length from spooled commercial-grade LED with sockets set at a consistent spacing, so the line reads straight from the street and the corners turn cleanly. Bulbs are the same color temperature across the whole house — no mixed batches, no one warm strand next to five cool ones.
Attachment matters as much as the light. Everything is hung with clips designed for the shingle edge, the gutter lip, or the rake board. Nothing is stapled, nailed, or screwed into fascia. Power runs are planned before install so cords aren't visible down the front of the house, and timers are set so you never think about a switch.
The lighting we install is rated for outdoor commercial use, which is why it survives a Georgia December of freeze, thaw, and rain. If a bulb or a section fails mid-season, we come out and fix it — that's included, not billed.

Booking
The calendar fills by early November.
We take a limited number of installs each season because season-long service is part of the price — overbooking means slow repairs in December, which defeats the point. Homeowners who booked with us last year get first refusal on their date, and new installs are scheduled in the order they're confirmed.
If you're also on our list for gutter cleaning, we'll pair the visits. The ladder is already up, the roofline is already clear, and it's the cheapest way to get both done.
Consults from September
Design and measurement visits start early fall.
Install from early November
Most homes are lit before Thanksgiving.
Takedown in January
Removal, labeling, and storage included in the season price.
FAQ
Questions we get asked most.
How much does Christmas light installation cost in Lawrenceville?+
Most roofline installs start around $600 for a single-story home and rise with linear footage, story height, and how much of the property is covered. The price includes the lighting, installation, season-long service, takedown, and storage.
Do I buy the lights or do you provide them?+
We provide them. Commercial-grade LED cut to your roofline, stored by us in the off-season, and reused year to year — which is why the second season costs less than the first.
Will the clips damage my roof or gutters?+
No. We use clips made for the shingle edge, gutter lip, or rake board. Nothing is stapled, nailed, or screwed into fascia, and nothing penetrates the roof.
What if a bulb or strand goes out mid-season?+
Call us and we fix it at no charge. Season-long service is included in every install.
When should I book?+
September or October. We cap the number of installs per season so mid-season service stays fast, and dates are confirmed in the order they're booked.
