Agreement

By using this website or requesting service from Iron Oak Exteriors, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.

Estimates and scheduling

Estimates are free and based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if conditions at the property differ from what was described. Work is scheduled by appointment and may be moved for weather or safety.

Text message program

When you check the consent box on our estimate request form, you agree to receive text messages from Iron Oak Exteriors at the mobile number you provide, including quote, scheduling, reminder, and follow-up messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Property access and condition

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and a working water source unless agreed otherwise. Some surfaces, coatings, sealants, and older materials can be damaged by cleaning; we will point out risks we notice, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or failures in materials, paint, caulking, or seals.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are insured; claims must be reported to us promptly after the work is completed.
